Administrative and Constitutional Law

Administrative and Constitutional Law

Administrative and Constitutional law and practice continues to develop in Scotland as our political landscape and relationship with Westminster changes and evolves. Our Counsel have up to date knowledge and experience of providing advice and representation at all levels, and a number of our Counsel are Standing Junior Counsel for the Scottish Government and the Advocate General.

Our Counsel appear regularly before statutory appeal bodies and tribunals, as well as in the Court of Session and the Supreme Court.
