Agricultural and Crofting

Agricultural and Crofting

Terra Firma Chambers agriculture and crofting practice features leading practitioners who are regularly instructed in cases before the Scottish Land Court, the Court of Session and sheriff courts, as well as arbitrations in connection with a wide range of subject matter ranging from rent reviews to seed potatoes and livestock.

Several of our members have regularly spoken at major conferences on agricultural and crofting law, including those organised by the Crofting Law Group and the Agricultural Law Association / WS Society Joint Annual Conference. Members of the Group have also had numerous articles published on agricultural holdings and related matters in the Scots Law Times and the Agricultural Law Association's Bulletin.
