Terra Firma Chambers' busy autumn season of seminars will be rounded off with a visit to Stirling on 15 December 2011.  The Barcelo Stirling Highland Hotel will be the venue for a programme of talks by Terra Firma members followed by a drinks reception.

The seminar will be chaired by Roddy Thomson QC and consists of four talks covering the following topics: Judicial Review of public authority decisions; Arbitration; case law developments in respect of arrestment and inhibition on the dependence; and rating liabilities for commercial landlords. There is no charge for attendance and the event has been accredited for two hours of CPD by the Faculty of Advocates.
