Terra Firma Chambers is pleased to announce that Neil Beardmore joined the Chambers on Monday 13th July 2009. Neil called to the bar in 1998 and has returned to Practice after completing a period in Crown Office as an Advocate Depute. Neil has a wide ranging practice in both civil and criminal law and is particularly interested in all aspects of property law.  He has extensive experience in reparation matters having litigated in personal injury cases and professional negligence cases involving architects, solicitors, dentists and medical practitioners.  Neil also has experience of Judicial Reviews and statutory appeals and has appeared in the Land Court and at VAT and Employment Tribunals.
