Terra Firma Chambers is delighted to announce that Graham Dunlop has become the latest addition to the stable. Graham called to the bar on 10th July 2009 with over 10 years experience as a solicitor in both private practice and local authority.   Immediately prior to calling Graham held the post of Principal Litigation Solicitor within one Scotland’s largest local authorities and has a broad range of experience in civil work.   His principle experience and strengths lie in planning, bankruptcy, building standards, environmental, personal injury, and rating.

Graham has successfully conducted a number of planning inquiries and hearings, in particular, acting in favour of development contrary to the development plan.   He has experience of advocacy in fatal accident inquiries and sheriff court proofs.   In addition he has appeared in valuation and rating appeals and adjudications.
