Terra Firma Chambers will host the Scottish Legal Action Group (SCOLAG) seminar on Environmental Law and Climate Change at the McKenzie Building, Old Assembly Close on the 11th of February 2026.

Climate change and the legal response to it is one of the most pressing and difficult issues in contemporary society.  This event will bring together all of those interested in the subject across the legal profession and academia to discuss how legal remedies can be developed. 

The seminar will be led by Dr Thomas Muinzer of the University of Aberdeen and chaired by Terra Firma’s Mark Lazarowicz.  The seminar will commence at 6pm with registration from 5.30pm.  The event is eligible for 1.5 hours of CPD and will be followed by a drinks reception.
