Terra Firma Chambers is delighted to announce that Mark Mohammed has been appointed to the rank of King’s Counsel. Mark is one of fifteen new silks appointed by His Majesty The King on the recommendation of First Minister Humza Yousaf.
Mark called to the bar in 2011 having previously worked in the litigation department at the City of Edinburgh Council. Since calling his practice has been focused on planning, property, commercial and public law matters. He was Standing Junior Counsel to the Office of the Advocate General from 2019 to 2020 and was appointed a full-time Advocate Depute in March 2020.
