Terra Firma Chambers’ licensing expert Scott Blair stars in the latest instalment of Lockdown Licensing: The Interview Series, a programme of webinars hosted by Scottish Licensing Law and Practice (SLLP) focusing on the challenges faced by the licensing trade during lockdown.

Produced in association with Hey Legal and with support fromTerra Firma Chambers, Episode 3 features Jack Cummins talking to Scott about judicial review challenges to the Coronavirus restrictions.  In Part Two of this interview, coming soon, Scott discusses the interim recall judgment in Rentincome Ltd v Aberdeen City Licensing Board.

Episode 2 featured Audrey Junner of Hill Brown Licensing discussing the effect of the pandemic on the hospitality sector with Colin Wilkinson, Managing Director of the Scottish Licensed Trade Association.
