Terra Firma’s Andy Bowen QC will be travelling to Malaysia next month to participate as an Arbitrator in the Pre-Moot for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Vis Moot).  He is on the panel of the Asian International Arbitration Centre and is a FCIArb, having conducted arbitrations under LCIA, ICC and SCC as well as domestically.

The Pre-Moot is a unique initiative which enables talented students from universities and schools of law across the World to experience the atmosphere of a real arbitral proceeding.  It echoes the goal of the Vis Moot as it is designed to stimulate the study of international commercial law and the use of arbitration to resolve inter-national commercial disputes.

The pre-Moot, which is now in its 4th year, will be held from 13th to 15th March 2020 at the Asian International Arbitration Centre in Kuala Lumpur.
