Victory in Peterhead cattle tagging case
Terra Firma’s Stephen O’Rourke has successfully defended an Aberdeenshire farmer on landmark charges of breaching EU cattle identification regulations. The case was the first prosecution of its kind in Scotland. Details of the case have been released on the National Beef Association’s website and can be found here.
