Scott Blair presented the first of two seminars for CLT Scotland highlighting recent developments in Judicial Review on 22nd August 2016 in Edinburgh.  The second seminar in the series will be held in Glasgow at 2pm on Tuesday 30th August.

 

The use of judicial review continues to grow in Scotland. Citizens are using public law as never before and public authorities have to be ever more aware that their decisions might be challenged. This timely course takes a look at recent developments in judicial review and provides a practical guide on how to take or defend a judicial review petition.
