The Trusts, Fiduciaries and Executries Bar Group (TrustBar) are delighted to announce details of their Annual Aberdeen Seminar, which will take place in the Society of Advocates on the afternoon of 17th June 2015. The event will feature talks by two members of Terra Firma Chambers. Derek Francis, Advocate, Barrister and Chartered Tax Advisor, will present a talk entitled “Healing that Trust: Will Trust & its unwanted Tax Consequences” and Gordon Watt, Advocate and Chartered Tax Advisor, will speak on “Instruments of Variation”.

The seminar has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 1 hour CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society of Scotland for the solicitor branch of the profession.
