Terra Firma member Scott Blair presented a paper entitled 'A Practical Guide to Judicial Review' to a range of public and private sector solicitors at an event hosted by CLT (Scotland) LTD in Edinburgh on 23rd September 2013.  This talk was one of two updates he provides annually at CLT (Scotland) seminars.

At this event, Scott provided a comprehensive overview of the practical considerations involved in bringing or defending judicial review proceedings and went on to update delegates on developments in the grounds for judicial review, both in Scotland and England and Wales.
