Derek Francis of Terra Firma Chambers is to present a paper at a Trust Management Conference. Trust Management: The Changing World of Scottish Trusts will be hosted by Offshore Professional Conferences Ltd on Tuesday 10th May 2011 at the Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh.

Derek Francis’ paper, entitled Disputes Between Trustees and Beneficiaries;  Rights to Information and the Status of Letters of Wishes, is one of a series of talks provided by some of the leading trust practitioners in Scotland.  The full-day conference will be chaired by Simon MacKintosh, Partner at Turcan Connell.
