Terra Firma Chambers will re-affirm their commitment to strengthening links with law firms and direct access organisations throughout Scotland by embarking on a busy Autumn season of seminars, starting in Aberdeen on Thursday 7th October 2010.  The event will take place at the Royal Northern and University Club, 9 Albyn Place, Aberdeen and will be followed by a Champagne Reception.

The seminars will commence at 3.15pm and there will be four talks of 45 minutes in length (with a short break in the middle). The first two talks before the break have a particular focus on private client and trusts. The third talk, on directors’ duties, is at the cross-over between corporate and private client, while the fourth – with a tax content – is also relevant to both fields. There is no charge for attendance and the event will be accredited for three hours of CPD by the Faculty of Advocates.
