Stephen Govier became a member of the Faculty of Advocates in 2001 after practicing as a solicitor in a busy country practice for some years. An “all-rounder” by inclination, he has developed a practice at the Bar in administrative law, environmental law and planning, while at the same time retaining his interests in property, succession and agricultural law.
