Roads and Transport

Roads and transport in Scotland give rise to a diverse range of legal issues, in many of which members of Terra Firma Chambers have acquired significant experience and expertise. The transport sector is subject to a considerable degree of regulation and oversight, including railways, airlines and airports, bus services, road haulage and taxi and private hire services.
